From the Director
Welcome to the Religious Studies Program at Utah State University.
We offer an undergraduate major and minor, as well as an MA in history with a focus in Religious Studies. Our faculty teaches and studies a wide range of world religions, including Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Mormonism, and Native traditions. We maintain strong relationships with many departments across the university, including anthropology, art history, English, and philosophy. Our broad range of courses and strong ties to other departments provide students with many options for study as they pursue their interests.
Prospective students can find helpful information here about our program and the many reasons to pursue a degree in Religious Studies. Current students can find requirements, forms, and course offerings here as well. Please peruse the website to read about the amazing work our students and graduates are doing.
Finally, if you are a graduate of our program, please be in touch and let us know what you're up to and how you are using your degree. We'd love to hear from you.
